Just piss poor manufacturing of the valve

I have tried many dif brands and most will rattle
however its nothing to worrie about once the oil
and carbon build up a little in the valve it will
stop

The PCV is a small-change part. Replace it with a quality one and be done with it.

I had a similar problem with one that I put in from O'Reilley's not long that cost me about $2.00, and it rattled like crazy. Went to Napa and got another one, about $5.00 and the problem went away.

speaking of PCV valves, my new hair hat didnt come with a PCV valve inlet soo i couldnt connect my passanger pcv valve to it. Luckly i had a Valve beather filter that i could switch on there. I know i wont pass emissions like this, any ideas without having to drill a hole into the new hair hat or having to put the stock air cleaner back on?

The airhat does not have a PCV inlet... it should have an OUTLET going to a regular 1/4 turn elbow in your valve cover..NOT a PCV valve... and depending on the emissions inspections where you are .... a aftermarket airhat might make you fail anyway....
