The 1.7 RRs instead of a cam swap is a good idea - more lift without increasing duration enough to hurt low end.
48mm throttle body and exhaust for sure - I'd keep your stock intake and exhaust manifolds unless you want to trade some low end for more on top. A simple muffler swap is good, but don't go larger than 2.5" whatever you decide to do.

The performance V6 computer will work on 92 to 95

doing these 3 things
comp 10 to 15hp more with more mods upto 18hp
1.7.s 15 to 18hp average gain
bigger tb 15 to 18hp average gain

This is at the rear wheels not the crank 30 to 45
hp is a very nice improvement to get these gains
you must be sure all your sensors are working
right especialy the o2

After the intake side is done than add the headers
they will show no gain without improving the flow
on the intake side first

Once all this is done it all works togather and
you will also see better gas mileage as long as
you keep your foot out of it I get 22 average
with my 95 4X4 upto 24.5 on the highway and have
hit 25.8

Gibson Headers.
I installed a Flowmaster (noisy) and Jacobs Ignition, use Amsiol and all their filters. Small improvement.
The headers give me power around 2,000 where the engine lives, acceleration is scary for a V6, and MPG is better.
