I have an '88 so don't quote me but Dodge engineers aren't to creative with placement and our trucks are virtually identical...
Try tucked inside the frame rail about the mid point of the truck on the driver side!

Yes, that's where the 92 fuel filter is. But they put the hold-down bolt on the top of the frame rail, where a socket wrench won't fit; so you have to use a box wrench to undo it.
