Subject: Georgia Daks? IP: Logged
Message: I was wondering if there was anyone else on this board from Georgia? I live in Buford - about 35 miles NE of Atlanta.
If so, do any of you know of any really good paint shops around? I am going to need a new paint job sometime over the next year and don't want it screwed up.
Thanks!

Message: I live in SugarHill and I hate it. All the damn Yuppies are pissing me off. I had to wait damn near 20 minutes in line at Wal/Mart the one in Buford, to buy dogfood. And the traffic sucks since they built the damn MOG!
But no I dont know of any body shops up here that aren't dominated by ignorant crooked rednecks.
Nice to see some one from the neighborhood here though! :-} BTW, I got the same color you do! looks purdy when its washed dont it? Too bad with the damn water restrictions and pollen it looks like a big yellow green booger on wheels!!
JUST SAY NO TO THE NORTHERN ARC!!!

Message: if your wanting to keep it the same color goto zainobros.com that will keep your truck looking new for a LONG time. my truck needed a new paint job and i applied that......now it shines better than any new paint job! i use the z-2 and z-5 cost i believe $36 with s&h. just trying to save you $1k.....if anything its worth a try =)
i can send you pics of my truck......this weekend when i take them lol.....right now all i have is my dull paint pic.
plus zaino you can leave on all nite if you want and remove it in the morning!

Message: Chris - I hear you on the pollen man! I just back from a week in Cleveland. Couldn't find my truck when I got back cuz I was looking for a green truck and all I saw was yellow vehicles everywhere!! LOL
n8 - I haven't decided on color yet, but I got a number of chips in my paint. Too many rocks flying around I think. Just found a new one today behind the drivers side front wheel well! I hate that.
Does Zaino have anything for chips that would match paint?

Message: for the chips(i also have alot) if they are deep i will get touch up paint if they are just surface or not to deep the zaino will cover it up thats what the z-5 is for. but even if it doesnt work it is still the best wax out in the market and you can use it on your freshly painted vehicle but i dont know if you would have to wait 6 months with zaino or not? but like i said its worth a try. sure did help my truck =)

Message: There is a JL Audio 10w6 in the center console... Aura Bass Shakers under the seat and a Eclipse amp powering those. The sub to mid range is very defined in the vehicle. The majority of the vehicle has sound deadening installed. The vehicle has a lot of pressure now. No NOS, no changer.
