I kinda get bummed when I get out on the highway and drive around 80-90 mph (no Georgia cops here, are there?) and I'm running 2500 to 2800 RPM.
Considering the fact that I'm thinking about moving to 3.9 or 4.1 gears in the back, I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of a 6-speed manual in a 3.9 Magnum.
I get up to speed and my foot just wants to push the clutch in. It's unconscious. I do it all the time. I've even pulled it out of gear a few times thinking that I have another gear. hehe

same thing here, i want desert gears(have 3.21) i'd like to see 3.11 or 3.00 in the rear end.(canon ball run,cross country racing,salt flat racing)stuff like that!! Get on the highway and go like he[[.

Look at "StreetTrucks" issue 29, February 2002. They have a two page article on Gary Pinkley's '97 v-6 dakota with a viper 6-speed manual trans. It is pretty cool. I posted about it on here when I first read it, but not even one person responded. The article says he works for Hotchkis Performance. Maybe someone can track him down, and get some more details.

I don't think there is a 6 speed auto. At least not yet, the closest you will get is a 4speed auto.

zf makes a 6 speed auto for bmw. don't know of one for a truck though.
