I've got a 92 Dakota 3.9. I've been trying to maximize my gas milage. I've read threads talking about CPS mods and changing fuel injection timing as well as others.
Question: once you make changes or mods, how can I check how much I've changed engine parameters like injection timing and ignition timing.
I've seen one scan tool (DRB)that gives all the engine info but are there other tools (besides snap-on) that gives info on all the engine parameters. Is DRB II my only option??? Will DRB III work for my 92??? Are there others??? I need see engine operating parameters, most of the scan tools are ODB I/II only give you computer codes but nothing else very useful.
Autozone doesn't sell DRB II, Where can I buy one???
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
