Did you use paypal it might be there?he refunded something for me but i had to call him first, he had to look it up in all the e-mail that he has.
talking to him personally helps alot.mine took that long ,also call him around noon(his time) hes at the 'putor more during that time.

Then you have to talk to him on the phone. so he can look it up, contact paypal,then send the refund.paypal takes a couple of days to respond.
if you dont talk to him on the phone nothing will happen.

Speedtweaks has been a company for like a few weeks, I have ordered several items from them with no problems, they always answer my email promptly. Cut them just a little slack Speedtweaks is not "the man" its run by a guy just like us, a REAL Dakota enthusiast. He has more knowledge about our trucks then any of the big online companies and that alone is worth dealing with a few growing pains.
Sorry for the rant it just pisses me off to see all these negative posts about speedtweaks. I wish i could turn my intrest in trucks and performance into a business like Bernd has.

Geoff, We've been in the business since May 2001. ;) (Local shop has been open since March 1st.)
We're still filtering through some problems we had from the transition period (end of February - mid March). While we do make mistakes (we're human) we will try to take care of problems that resulted from the move.

i agree with Geoff speedtweaks is an awsome place if you own a dakota!!!! most of the stuff i do know i goto speedtweaks to find out if it will help me out or if it is worth it. its a great site just wish i knew about it 7 months ago when i bought my TB spacer =)
and bernd i have a piece broken off in my TB would i still get my 150 back??? the piece is where it screws in it is broken off maybe a inch long and 1/5in wide. i have a washer on it and it holds it down fine. no leaks just wondering if i ordered one from there would i get the money back??

The policy on returning core's is no broken, beat-up, mangled, or beyond repair throttle bodies. That's Fastmans policy...not mine. (I have to honor his policies on returns.)
Send me a picture of the TB if you can and i'll check it out.

all right ill try to get a pic of it today and show you. i use to have the piece but i just threw it away seeing how it still operates right. and i know i agree with the policy too but im not going to pay $450 for a TB i might have one by tommorow if im lucky for $100 =)

I looked through some old notes and found the conversation we had Dan. Refund of $409 has been applied to your PayPal account (refunds are given via payment method).
I do apologize for the excessive delay on this. We honestly made a mistake (screwed-up) but it has been taken care of.
