I'm confused. All the V6 aftermarket TB's such as fastman and Flowmetrics are only 46-50mm. Yet the stock V8 TB's are 60+mm isnt that too big for our little engines?

stock v8's are 50mm with about 47-48mm blades
stock v6 is 44mm

for some reason speedtweaks.net isnt working on my browser. i am trying to upgrade to a v8 tb but i need that cable. also someone posted that the cable can be modified? i would like to know how. bernd's site wont load either. thanks for the help
