Hello, I was thinking about putting a Vortec Supercharger on my 2000 Dodge Dakota v6 5speed. I wouldn't think twice about doing this if my dakota wasn't my daily driver. The Truck has about 100,000 miles on it. If i were to put the supercharger on, would it decreese the life of my truck?

It depends,
the amount of boost and the tune are directly proportional to how long the motor lasts. I would run 6-7 lbs if you are at all concerned with the motor. Aftercooler would help too if you had the money . . .
