Message: I have a 89' 3.9 auto 4x4, trans took a dump on the way into work, had it towed to my shop. pulled it out, tore down and found that overdrive planitary is wasted and wave ring broken for O.D. Clutch. I am trying to find a used O.D. unit to rebuild, What years interchange? My data looks like all the way up to 95, looks like they changed the planitary gear angles and larger bushings in sun gear as of 95. Any other dfferences? Does anyone have one???
