I also have a v6 50mm throttle body that was ported/polished at a local tune shop. It worked wonders on my truck and you really will notice the power increase.
The torque runners are gone and you don't have to buy a new accelerator cable. This is a stock v6 throttle body that they ported/polished up real nice to 50MM total. Cost me a good bit to get done, but it was worth it. This isn't some crap work that they did. The thing looks beautiful.
I'm selling for $140.
