Message: If your heater blower fan is always running it's normal unless the vent selector control is off (rotate to far left).
Find info on how to back flush the heater core. It must be done in reverse of normal flow. Works great for 75% of low heat output cases. A defective heat diverter valve or heater core is lastly suspected.
Back flush and enjoy a cheap fix, don't suffer waiting.

Message: Sounds like the clutch fan isn't releasing as the engine warms up. I notice that my 98 Dak will run the engine fan for about a tenth of a mile until the fluid runs to wherever it goes until the engine gets hot. But if the engine is cool, the fan should be just barely moving, for a check stop the engine and see if you can rotate the fan by hand, if not, it'll need replacement.
