I was driving down the road the other day and heard what sounded like a few nuts/bolts fall off my truck hit the road and bounce around a second, but I thought I might have just run something over?

I then noticed a loud clunk noise comeing from my front driver side every time I hit a bump?

I looked at the underside of my truck for a while and found a broken upper bolt on the SWAY BAR LINK on the drivers and the bushings had fallin out also.

I have got the replacement parts and wanted to know if there is anything special I have to do to replace this part?

Or is it just a swap out the old for the new type of deal?

Thanks

It is very easy to swap out the links. Nothing special needed. I did mine when I replaced my upper and lower ball joints.

Good to hear it is easy, it looked easy I thought?

I am haveing trouble getting my hands on the CORRECT bushings. The 2 that go on the sway bar link bolt that goes vertical?

The dealer is an option but hard to get to because of the hours they are open.

Any suggestions on where to get them?

I think I got them at either autozone or advance auto.

as long as you're going to do it anyway, you might want to look into some performance urethane bushings instead of replacement rubber ones.
