2000 3.9l, running ruff check the codes and I am getting P0306 misfire cylinder 6, stupid question mabey but how do I know which cylinder is number 6 so i can check the wires, ect..thanks

check plugs,wires if all good try throttle body cleaner had same problem on #1 changed wires and plugs tested injectors couldn't find problem ran cleaner through problem went away suspected sticky valve hasn't come back it's been 6
months
