Message:
my radiator is on borrowed time
local shop said the dodge dealers won't sell the gasket for the tank/composite ends must buy new complete
anyways I will not put a stop leak in cause it'll clog the heater core I think
it only leaks a bit when cold and running after that nothing ... it's weird
question is where the best low dollar buy on a radiator on the web? I have seen from $160 to $375
I have visegrip cripped the tangs a bit and it helped, didn't dog it as to it might crack the tank
Happy Holidays people

Message: it's the gasket were it meets the composite(plastic tanks) held with tangs (claws)
it's an easy repair with new radiator 15 minute job
just low on fuel $$$ right now the truck is thirsty for gas so money goes there and working on economy need better mileage
I watch it daily and check the water level
love have a spring hood (prop rods (Yuck)
makes checking under hood easy
