One is before the catalytic converter...the other is after it. Not sure how far before/after. Take a look at your exhaust pipe and you'll find em...they look like spark plugs threaded into the exhaust pipe I've been told.

That is about right - on top of the pipe
with a wiring harness coming away from them - 4 wires - connector for front one is ' attached '
to side of trans

for single exhaust, check a few inches below (toward the cat) the Y-pipe that connects the headers. It will be on top of the pipe. You should be able to see if you look under hood and follow headers.
