93v8Dak,how did you pay $11,000 for your truck. Mine cost $13,200 brand new in 92 and mine is a V6, auto. But since I only payed $2,000 for it I could spend $9,000 and be able to smoke you so bad you won't even be able to read the DODGE on my tailgate as I pull away. Also fag, you have roughly 55 HP and 75 TQ over a stock V6 so duh we would have to do somthing to match that. But after we do, we have a slight weight advantege. But if you are so much better than us then quit picking on those less fortunate than yourself.

I paid a little over 20,000 for my 4.7L Sport. But then again, it's got every freakin option available. And it gets 21.5 mpg and it runs 15's in the quarter.

I paid just under 9,000 for my 98 v6 auto
with only 33k miles on it. Boy did you get jipped.
if you think about it. you pay $1,333 for every second on the track. And i only pay $562.62 for every second i spend racing. Considering i do mid to low 16's. And the way i look at it those 14,15 16 seconds go pretty damn quick. and you say you get 21mpg? yeah maybe with my grandpa behind the wheel going down hill in a school zone for 400 miles.

seriously 21 mpg with the 4.7??? I had a jeep salesman tell me that the 4.7 jeeps were getting like 8-11 mpg!! but obviously magnum engines have magcial properties not found in jeeps(my favorite being their uncanny ablity to outrun lighter cars with bigger engines while getting honda gas milage.....right and my V6 runs a 9 second 1/4@140 mph....

ok dumbass (sicminds) 11000 brand new in 93. gas milage who gives a f@#$ about gas milage, but i do get 15 miles/gal. when your truck runs 14.1 in the quarter with only minor mods write back. ok so the truck might be worth like 3,000 book value but its spotless. 3000/14.1=212 for every sec.

Hey, all of ya'll got off cheap! I paid something like 26,000 for my 2000 QC V6 4x4. Of course it has ALL the creature comforts and every interior option known to dodge, also came with spray in bed liner and a few extra goodies. Did I get ripped off or what?

Special ordered from the factory with every option possible on a 4x2 regular cab 5-speed V6 except power mirrors, tow package, anti-spin axle (doh!) and block heater. $19K including TT&L, and it even tells me what direction I'm going, how far I'll get before I run out of gas, and whether or not I'll freeze my butt off once that happens!
Well, it did before the fuel sensor kissed off, anyway... :-)

Got my Dakota for $15,800, but got $1400 in rebates, so it was actually about $14,400... but, mine was a 96 Sport Reg. cab, with the 5.2L in it.
sicminds - I'm not bothered by your sarcasm at all, I think it is cool to see V6's embarass cocky V-8 owners(especially R/T's!). It's just...

It was listed at $18,900, I talked them down to $18,200 with bedliner. It had 42,000 kilometres on it.

Mine wasn't $13,200 like I thought, I found the window sticker from 92, it was $12,038, with a V6, auto, HD package, power steering, 18 gal tank, painted bumpers, and heavier payload tires. But when I got it I paid $2,000 and it had 110K miles on it.

Yeah its a good deal, I have a friend who owns a Dodge Dealership so I can get a great deal. I got my fully loaded 2500 LWB cummins 4x4 Ram for 36 W/nerf bars and a grill guard for 36 and recently got a NICE 91 4-cyl for 3k for my little cousin.
