Message: does an exhaust manifold leak cause loss of horsepower. cause i have done tons of changes, but still havent changed the gasket. i am just curious what type of gain should i get. i have already ran three inch from the y pipe to cat back system. since i have the 21/8 manifolds would changing them to headers make a big or small improvement

Message: cakcustoms, there are no exhaust "gaskets" on the V6. Your leak may be due to loose or broken bolts. I recently had a loss of power also. The two bolts that connect the header to the "Y" pipe was loose. I snugged them up and I was in business.
Relf.
