Message: I know that replacing the muffler with a straight pipe results in loss of power with one cat, but what about with the 3 cats (2-pre, 1-normal) that the 2001 3.9L have? I am thinking about replacing my muffler with a straight pipe. I'll worry about sound levels later but am curious about power change.

Message: When I changed my muffler I started with a DynoMax 17733-18" long (to loud in cab) changed to a 17748-25" long I could tell a differance in my low end TQ right off.
