Message: If the gaskit is bad then you are probably going to have to pull out the window and redo it. A glass companyshould be able to remove the window and reinstall it for about $100. Had a leaky back window and I think the seal was bad and had the window removed and reinstalled. Don't let them tell you that you have to replace the glass, that's false, just call around to a few places.

Message: I've reinstalled the whole rear window with gasket for $200, tinted w/ slider. Done by www.safelite.com . They even come to your place to install it. To replace just gasket will cost ~$100 at body shop + gasket cost.

Message: What's your deductible on auto glass(insurance) My back sliding window got broken and safelite replaced it on insurance money. If your deductible is low enough to cover it...you could break it:)
If it ain't broke, fix it til it is.

Message: For 108.00?? Just be aware of the saying "you get what you pay for." I took it to a reputable glass place in the Charlotte area and they wanted around $700 to replace the glass, with the glass inself $600. I went to a body shop and they had someone come in and remove the glass and reinstall the same glass for $100.00. If you have them reinstall it make sure that they are careful to not break any body seams, had a problem with water coming in there also. It's took 2 years to fix once I removed the WHOLE interior of the vehicle and found the leak.

Message: if you are going to keep the glass but replace the gasket it's easy, here's what i did. take a sharp utility knife and on the outside cut the lip off the gasket all around the top and sides (no need to on bottom as you'll have enough leverage to lift it off), after it's cut then push in on the top and the whole window will tilt into the cab then lift it off the bottom and it's out. remove the rest of the gasket and replace it with a new one. then take a small rope or wire rope and wrap it around the window inside the lip, place bottom in place and then start slowly pulling the rope out as you go around the window, it will roll the new gasket lip into place. once it's in place then you might have to tuck some interior headliner in but take a flat puddy blade for that. i did mine in less then a 1/2 hour and no leaks. good luck.
