Message: Loose or ( not-connected vacuum line ) ??
You may have inadvertently left it off or it may have a poor seal -=- one of the ' lines ' which are [ switched ] when the engine comes up to temperature..

Message: yes. i checked them all, they are connected.
i found a plug off the main harness that is melted, it is right by the plug for the heater core, it is 2 wires, they hang off the the wiring is about 12"s , and the wires are blue with a white tracer and blue with a orange tracer.
