Message: a 52mm throttle body will kill low end even worse. thats a big bore tb for a v8, so it will naturally be way too much for a v6.
i had 2.5 duals on a 5.9 ram a few years ago. a little big for a v6.
you need to add more air coming in to keep up with all the added flow provided by that exhaust. although, if you didn't change the manifolds or stock y pipe, you aren't really getting that much more.
give this a read, it'll explain how to "get started" on modding a magnum engine.

Message: The biggest throttle body you want to put on a v6 anything larger will kill low end torque.
92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.

Message: Actually you can put a 55mm tb on your stock v6 manifold. Except for some possible clearance problems with the throttle plate you will effectively still only have a 48mm tb. In fact you can remove the tb completely and the only thing you will have is a 2x48mm opening at full throttle. If you decide that you don't believe me, and try it, just be ready to shut it off immediately.
All the trivia aside, the 48mm tb is probably ideal for most trucks but you still may lose a little bottom end.
You can confirm whether or not you lost some bottom end by installing a 2.5 to 2 inch reducer in place of the tip. I seriously doubt that you will notice a difference. Cat back systems are far enough back that velocity is no longer a factor in scavenging. About the only thing they do is change the tone of the exhaust.
