i have drilled and slotted rotors also ceramic brake pads. it seems while driving along the roadways i can hear what sounds like "a wet brake sound" almost like a humming, not really chattering. my mechanic says it is the bearings in the front, but if i touch the brakes lightly it goes away. although when backing up, especially if the wheels are turned tight, it sounds off. we couldn't get it to sound off while the truck was jacked up off all 4, and the sound stays the same when you rock the truck from right to left. sheesh anyways if anyone has had the problem,let me know, and thanks.
