The headers will free up horsepower by reducing restriction of exhaust flow, and will increase the benefit of future mods. The Venom will offer quick horsepower right now, and will give you power by way of altering the timing, advance curve, and increasing injector pulse width (more fuel). The headers will offer an increase in hp, tq, and fuel mileage, because they will do nothing to the fuel input, and will only increase efficiency. The Venom offers more power, torque, but about the same, if not worse fuel economy. It's all preference. If you want an easy install, do the venom. My solution would be to save my money, and do both the venom module and header install. If you do both, you could see as much as +30hp and +40 ft/lbs of torque.
