I took a tranny out of a 4.0 cherokee and put it in my truck. Had to swap bell housings and slave cylinder. I don't know how long the I6 is but i doubt it would just bolt right up to the motor mounts in the truck or even fit lengthwise. plus you would have to change alot of electrical too.
