i have a friend with a 01 v6 we got codes po152 and po174. every once and while it will back fire. any info would be great. i have 98 5.2 i can get by on them but 2000's and up i am a little bit in left field. thanks greg

One of the O2 sensors needs replaced...
PO152 - Oxygen sensor voltage problem - short circuit to active 12V?
PO174 - The oxygen sensor is saying that the system air/fuel mix is far too lean (too much fuel is being added as a correction)
