Message: Consider this. On my 99 Dakota Auto v6 I was hearing a knock and felt grabbing. Finally I discovered that when accelerating the flywheel was thrusting forward to the edge of bell housing and hitting the the engine block. Anyone else had this problem and what is the most likely cause. I am thinking thrust bearing but oil pressure is fine. Maybe warped fly wheel or flexplate. What do you think?
