I replaced the Vacuum check valve that is located near the rear of the engine. It is a part that costs less than $10.00 at your local Dodge Dealer.... It fixed mine and I have had no other problems....

A/C goes to defrost. No vacuum to inside of cab. Line broken at check valve and leaking vacuum. I have a 92 Dakota and can't find where the line is to go through the fire wall. The only vacant hole in the fire wall is in the steel plate that mounts the brake booster vacuum pot. Can some one advise me where the hose needs to enter the fire wall?
