Message: I just bought a tranny cooler for my dak. I was wonderin how it hooks into the tranny oil line. I think there are 2 lines already runnin to the fornt to the existing radiator... Does it just tap into there? Or, do you have to run lines tot the tranny and do stuff there... It said it was easy to install, so im guessing my first theory was right... Can someone confirm this one... Thanx

Message: Yeah tony you just tap into the oil lines going to the rad. What you have to do once you mount the cooler is take a piece of hose and run it from the out on the rad to the in on the cooler, then take the oil return line that was on the out on the rad and hook it to the out on the cooler, that is about it

Message: Make sure it's oil-resistant hose and not just any hose. A premature leak can cost you your tranny.
