I'm about to put a Powertrax No Slip in my 04 Dakota w/ Chrysler 8.25 Open rear end. They call for 75W-140 Gear oil. What does my truck come with factory? I rather use Amsoil. Help please...

factory 80 90w 75 90w

royal purple from summitracing.com is cheaper you
need 2 Qts

Amsoil also makes 75 140w

your choice both excellent gear lubes

Defenitly use the 140w it will run quiter the
clicking heard while turning will be less notice
able more cusion with thicker gear oil and better
load carying ability
