Message: They are very cheap at the junkyards, I just bought 2 for 60.00 out of Dodge Vans with 318s. Have some buddies that want me to modify them with my milling machine.
They are very easy to install.
Remove airhat
Disconnect sensors
Disconnect throttle and TV cables
Remove 4 bolts
Scrape old gasket off
Install in reverse order with new gasket
You may have to get a new V8 throttle cable with the correct ends.

Message: Try eBay, I've picked them up for as little $10, usually more like $25-35.

Message: Usually the sensors are the same. I have run across TPS sensors that are different but the TB may have come off a Jeep. Even if the TPS sensor is different they interchange. It's always best to use the original sensors because you know they work.

Message: 15 to 18 hp gain at the wheels is the average
gain low end will remain virtualy the same you
will notice it around 2000 2500 rpm a nice gain
give it 200 miles to learn the new air flow and
start and stop the motor 3 times right after
instal to learn the new idle
use all your V6 sensors because you know they are
good
Do not mod the body at all bolt on as is they flow
around 625cfm just the way they are any more will
effect the low end so don't mod for the V6
