The torques listed on Page 9-88 of the Dodge Dakota Factory Maintenance Manual are the following:
Bolts (1st step) 50 ft lbs
Bolts (2nd step) 105 ft lbs

The previous torques are from the 1998 Manual for the 3.9 engine.
