I recently purchased a complete '99 durango 5.9 360 with a vortech supercharger, gibson headers and m1 intake. It comes with complete wiring harness. Also there is an automatic transmission attached. All for $1750, motor was rebuilt 20k miles ago, tranny has 60k on it.

My truck is a 2002 dakota 3.9 5spd 4x4, the tranny was rebuilt 4k miles ago and my truck has 61k miles.

What will I need to do this swap that will not come with the complete durango motor? I know I'll need a pcm, but they are made for automatics...is that going to be a problem? I've read that I will also need a flexplate and possibly a harmonic balancer. I read something about moving the motor mounts but I think that was for LA pre-mag motors.

Is there anything I'm missing? I already have a throttle body/cable that will work. What exactly will I need? Computer, flexplate and what else?

Will a '99 ram 4x4 5.9 computer work for my application? I think it was an automatic ram...does it matter if the computer is from an automatic and mine is going to be a 5spd? If it does matter then what do I do about getting a computer that will work if I'm keeping my 5spd? From what I read the NV3500 will hold up for a while.
