Message: I'm removing intake from my '96 3.9 an have run into a small problem.
There is what I belive to be a fuel line conected to the fuel bridge that needs to be disconected, (seperated)to lift injector harness out of the way. I have removed the clip, but don't know if I can just yank it apart or what. It seems pretty stuborn. I have a picture I will e-mail to anyone for clairity. Would appreciate any help.

Message: I have a 97 Dak V6 and have removed my intake many times and there is no need to disconnect your fuel line from the fuel rails. Just leave the fuel injectors connected to the rails. Pull the injectors and the fuel line is flexible. I just laid mine off the the drivers side. Never had a problem.

Message: I agree, there is no need to remove the fuel line. However, if you plan on repainting them and want to remove the fuel rails completely, you need a special tool. Most any parts store can provide you with the tool. Some of the tools handle several sizes and others are single size tools. You need a tool for a 3/8ths line.
