Message: I have a 93 dakota and if I gas it, not to burn out but if I try to accelerate quickly or sometimes even coming out of a turn it does two things.
Sometimes it...
has a grinding noise when you gas itor come out of a turn...some people were saying it could be the universal joints which they said was ok and others think its clutch pressure plate and release berrings.
I HAVE NO IDEA JUST WHAT PEOPLE SAID, I have not gotten iot checked just this one dude looked at the U-joints and said they were fine.
and it also...
seems like it is jumping like the back of the truck seems like it is jumping off the ground.
Sometimes it does one of the two but most of the time it doesnt. I dont know if it is the transmission going or what it is just curious to see what you guys have to say

Message: It could be a front wheel bearing making a noise when you turn, take it to a good shop and have it checked out. They can put the vehicle on a lift and grasp the front tires at the top and bottom and check for any wobble, if there is you may need new wheel bearings.

Message: It is like a jump it feels like the back wheels jump off the ground not spin or anything it feels like its hopping haha. The other is a grind but its like not a squeak but a grinding noise that comes and then goes quickly when you accelerate or are coming out aof a turn. It doesnt do it all the time but I mean it isn't right.

Message: Hope many miles on the truck, I hope it's not posi-traction issues. It still could be U- joints. I had a pick several years a go that would make a horrible screaching noise when you first start out. I was stuck in traffic on the freeway and the next to me honked at me and he said he thought it was U-joints. I took it int a gas station and the guy put the truck on a lift and grab the drive line and check for any free play, there wasn't any. I took it to Bear axle and alignment and the tech working on my truck pulled the drive line. It turned out the needle bearings in the u-joint had ground down to metallic dust due to lack of lubrication.
