Called a dealership yesterday to see about getting a passengerside wiper arm and he told me 52 bux without tax...i've talked to so many other people and nobody can come up with one so i had no choice...but damn!!!

You should try buying a tail light assembly...
I backed out of work at 10:00 pm and didnt see the very dark blue empty garbage can.I hit it at low speeds and knocked it over breaking my rear light at the tune of $89.99

Tail lights on ebay as low as $20.00 sometimes. I never buy anything from a dealer unless thats the only place in the world to get it allso check out those junk yards

i had been checking out ebay since last october and i've checked every junkyard around here. I even went to a couple of rebuild dealerships to see if they could get me one...nooooooope...but maybe i wasn't lookin for the right thing on ebay...:dunno:

I live in a town where no one sells mopar parts nor does any salvage yard carry any mopar vehicles.That was also the cheapest around town by phone call not to mention the only place that sold them.
For laughs i asked what was the most expensive tail light assembly they had... Poor ram boys would have to pay $112 at the time
What can i say expensive MA mopar plastic.

I clipped a tree while parking the other day and as a result I need a new hood for my 02 Dakota Quad 4x4. Apparently there are no aftermarket hoods out there, only the fiberglass ones. I am getting an OEM one and it will be worth over $700 just for the part.... yikes.... damn tree.

You think thats bad. i cracked the clear plastic bezel that goes over your instument cluster putting in my glo guages. $153.00, dealer price.
and at a junk yard you cant just buy that plastic piece, you need to buy the whole cluster.

I used the term Dakota tail lights as a search word to come up with this, so I would guess you did not look for the right thing.

thats what you get when you buy from the dealer.i got a set of wipers for $20.00 canadian. i dont buy from the dealer unless i have too.goodhood makes a steel hood and there is one more but i forget who it is.

I don't need a tail light...I needed a wiper arm. I've seen a bunch of tail lights on ebay already. I search ebay practically every other day to see if theres anything new and i always see aftermarket and factory tail lights. But thanks for the info.

before you try all the exspensive places try http://junkyarddog.com/ they'll send your info out to dang near every salvage yard in the country and you'll be getting boat loads of e-mails for all of them giving you quotes. good luck
