When i start my truck after it has been sitting for a while and the engine is cold, theres like a whistle from underneath the hood and if i just tap the accelorator it goes away and when it hits idle rpms again it comes back or if i cruise down the road just after start-up and keep the rpms in one spot it will do it. I just read in a post something about injector seals...Cause also my truck is giving a trouble code that says theres a "Large evaporative emissions control system leak." I'm just curious is that could be a problem?? any info helps.

TIA-

Sounds like you got a vacuum leak somewhere for sure... might wanna make sure your air hat is sealing properly to the tb. That whistle could be the whistle you get on a cold start when your IAC is wide open...cept if you got a stock intake system, you can't hear it cuz of the ribbed tubing silencing it.

With that code, I'm thinking it's something other than the seal on the air hat though.
