Message: no larry but i did this already. look on your intake manifold behind the alternator in #2 runner. Big brass nut w/ 2 wires coming out of it.
FYI- my truck didn't like when i moved mine so i put it back. mines an '00 3.9.
if i was you i'd find a v8 tb and put it on there.

Message: You won't benefit enough to REALLY matter by doing this. Put a 48mm TB on that V-6 that WILL wake it up. It would help if you did the air intake, headers, exhaust and muffler too though.

Message: I guess you found it
don't forget to get a pipe plug allen head type
to plug the hole you take it out off and solder
the wires if you lengnten them
Depending on the weather where you live be careful
where you remount it to
In the bottom of the air cleaner or air tube about
6" from the body if cold weather this will pick up
some engine heat and run around 100 over intake
160 200 degree reading
always above 60 you can put it anywhere readings
below 50 will trip the mil light
