Message: im lowering my '93 Dakota 5 inchs front and rear, with all new suspension meaning drop leafs for rear and new drop upper and lower arms, with drop coils, now my question is........ do sway bars work very well with the dakotas or what?? please and thanks for info friends...

Message: You would likely have to buy special sway bars for that much drop. Of course you also tend to have less body roll with that much drop. Do the drop first and then decide if you need them.

For most people you might ask what's the point in owning a truck. Believe it or not, there are actually some people that never haul a thing in their truck. There are 4x4's that never get off the road or even on a dirt road.
Of course if I wanted to own a real truck, I wouldn't have bought a Dakota.
