Subject: SBEC voltage regulator IP: Logged
Message: I have a '93 dakota 3.9L Auto. Is replacing the SBEC the only way to adjust voltage. My battery is leaking so I'm thinking the alternator voltage is too high and the SBEC controls the regulator. Will any other damage be caused besides battery damage if I leave it alone, The damn SBEC is $600.00.

I'm looking to buy a SBEC for a '93 B-150 Van with a 5-speed manual. Is yours still available, and will it work for the van? How much do you want for it? Please let me know how to contact you if you can help. Thanks.
