 Subject: 3.9 Injection troubles

Fuel system seems to be running rich enough to not run. Plugs fouling out. Replace the throttle position sensor . no effect. The only code that I get is either 23 the oxygen sensor or a 12 wcich is the code for loss of power.
Any ideas,
Can the oxygen sensor cause the truck to run rich enough that it will not start????

Yes it can,
Also check your engine temp and IAT sensor if
either is reading cold it will dump more fuel
o2 in exhaust pipe
engine temp next to thermo housing 2 wires drivers
side
IAT #2 runner intake manifold pass side right in
front of throttle body cable bracket 2 wires
