anyone have idea's on the best replacement transmission pan for my 1999 dodge dakota with the magnum V6 auto trany and four wheel drive?
stock with a drain plug sounds good to me, but where can i find a reasonable price these days?

They are cheap from the dealer. I bought one when I installed my own drain plug on the original.

You can punch it and use a large self-tapping screw with a rubber washer, but a better bet would be to braze or weld a nut on the inside for a small bolt to attach to. You can peen that spot down from the inside to create a low point, or slot the nut to let all the oil out.
