Message: They are cheap from the dealer. I bought one when I installed my own drain plug on the original.

Message: Mark,
How did you install your own plug? drill, tap and use an oil plug?

Message: You can punch it and use a large self-tapping screw with a rubber washer, but a better bet would be to braze or weld a nut on the inside for a small bolt to attach to. You can peen that spot down from the inside to create a low point, or slot the nut to let all the oil out.
