You might check but i think you will need i new throttle cable someone else could help you better.Its from a 1999 dakota.

Hey todd i have a 2000 3.9 l v6 from what i understand the cables should be the same as the 3.9 is just like the 5.2 minus 2 cylinders so maybe it would work, where are you located?
