 Subject: code 34,32 for 1992 dakota?

i had just recently got a code 34 which is speed control vacuum or vent control slenoid curcuits. what does this mean?- i also read its for califonrina models only, is my truck from cali?
i also had got a code 32 which is egr system ?
i am just woundering what to check first and what are the mnost common causes of these codes?
any help would be highly thankful

The egr vac is controled by a elect valve on the
drivers side of the motor there is a valve which
turns vac on and off 2 vac lines and a vent be
sure the vent is not pluged if this valve is bad
you will get both codes you listed
Top line vac
second down switched vac
bottom hole bleed vent
check egr valve
flow test idle motor run a vac hose directly fron
valve on intake suck on this hose and egine will
slow or stall if not there is a hole in dia or
the valve is stuck replace both EGR and transducer
they are calibrated units around $70
The air control valve is around $40
Also be sure all vac lines are ok
