you dont, just get a good size box wrench and break it off, or cut it off with an air cutoff tool.

second that wrench and vice grip technique, you don't have to destroy it to get it out of there, i've changed mine numerous times

it's easier if you use an impact wrench. just put a socket on that top nut and spin the hell out of it. comes right off that's how i did mine.
