i have a 92 3.9 dakota
the oxygen sensor color code
2 white
1 black
1 grey
i have a newer chrysler oxygen sensor
the color code
2 black
1 white
1 blue
are these two sensors compatible and if so then what would be the cross reference.

This is why I bought the OEM instead of the universal. I didn't want to wire it myself. Also, it was actually cheaper for me to get the OEM than universal.

well the connector didnt match on my other 90 dakota either but i had got that one to work?
so the plug sometimes doesnt matter

The 4 wire o2's don't have the wire diagram handy
but yes they will work

the 2 wire o2 only
the 4 wire o2 has a heater to bring it upto
operating temp faster

You can buy a zarcron type from summit for $59
faster reaction time and comes with wire scematic
to adapt your org plug, this is what we are
running on the 360 vortech motor nordask also
makes a faster reacting o2 these hold a tighter
air/fuel ratio
