hey guys, i have a 93 sport with the 3.9 and a K&N FIPK, its great and everything but it seems like it should be sucking in hot engine air. i saw a mod on a 97 3.9 where they had replaced the airbox with a piece of exaust tubing going to a cone filter
so my first question is, what do u think builds more power, and secondly, would the plastic piece that connects to the TB fit my truck

sucking in colder air = more combustion = better response. so if the FIPK = not hot engine air then the FIPK = better.

the FIPK isnt a CAI, its just the 360 open element ontop of the tb
