 Subject: engine troubles

I have a '94 Dakota with a 3.9L V6 and a 5 speed manual transmission that just hit 145000 miles and I am having trouble getting the truck to start. The ignition sequence starts but it just doesn't turn over. It appears that there is just no spark. Any info or help would be great.
