Thought the splice under the fuse box fixed stalling issue but turned out it didn’t. 93 V-6 auto CC. When it stalls it takes a little longer each time before it starts again. 6 months ago would start right up, now up to at least 2 min. before it will start Noticed this time check engine light isn’t lit during this period after it stalls OR the seat belt light. Once they light up good to go. At this point thinking PCM but noticed a lot of people here have tried that and rarely works. A lot of money on a maybe but can’t think what else it could be. Already replaced the standard tune up items + more. No error codes. Would the PCM control power to the seat belt light on the dash? Seems like a short/power lost but don’t know why it would come back on after a minute or 2. Any thoughts greatly appreciated and Happy Easter!

Oh yeah – all other dash cluster lights and electrical components seem to work during the outage after stalling. Stalling occurs while underway, accelerating decelerating or steady state driving, it doesn’t matter. When I say no error codes that may not be true. Always get 12, electrical power lost even after I try to clear it. Just did the disconnect neg. and hold in start for over a minute and still get a 12 which from what I can tell it shouldn’t. Tried it twice with same results (definition of insanity ;)
