My 99 3.9 will not start after it rains it turns over but will not fire. I have changed the cap rotor and plugs the wires were changed about 2 years ago. It smells like it is flooded when trying to start.

Upstream 02 sensor may need replacing. How many miles on it? Do you have a performance exhaust. Also check fuel pressure at idle. Should be about 55-60psi. Also is their any rattling coming from your cat converter when you give it gas?
